When Pakistan all-rounder, Shadab Khan bursted onto the scene, he was touted as one of the cleanest hitters of the cricket ball in the nation. However, fast forward a couple of years later, he became a pale shadow of himself, at-least in the batting department.

Shadab flexes his hitting-power with brutal assault

However, in the ongoing Champions Cup match, taking place in Pakistan, Shadab showed glimpses of his brilliance and smacked a humongous six which went out of the ground. Playing for the Panthers, Shadab was at his imperial best as he breached the 50-run mark.

He looked confident and played a blinder against a toothless bowling attack of the Dolphins. The highlight of his magical innings was the out of the ground six, which connected from the sweet spot of the bat.

Pakistan spinner, Noman Ali gifted a full-toss to Shadab, when he was batting at 30 off 20 deliveries. A well set batter would never miss out on a free opportunity and Shadab grabbed it with both hands as he smashed it over the bowlers' head and it connected perfectly as the ball landed out of the stadium.

On a flat track in Faisalabad, the Panthers capitalised on the opportunity and have breached the 300-run mark. The Dolphins made the life easier with some erratic bowling, but credit should be given to the Panthers' batters.

Usman Khan, the wicket-keeper batter smacked 111 off 110 balls, and was amply supported by Shadab Khan, who is still playing at 60, and is striking at 146.34.
