In the high-stakes clash between India and Pakistan, Mohd. Amir's over was a bittersweet one; sweet one for the Men In Blue and bitter pill to swallow for Babar Azam and Co. The over saw two boundaries from Rishabh Pant's majestic sword and three drop catches for Pakistan.

In the first ball of the 6th over, Amir bowled an outswinger and Pant's luck favored him beautifully well as he slashed a big boundary. Iftikhar stationed at slip stretched to his left but failed to hold onto the ball as it goes through his hands and it travels towards the third man boundary.

On the very next ball, it was almost as if Pant got another lifeline, as a needless stroke from him would have almost been caught by Usman, however, he sprinted back and got both hands to it but failed to hold it. And almost as if this wasn't enough he ended the over with a boundary too.

At the time of writing, India is at 80/3 having lost both the openers and then Axar Patel.
