The T20 World Cup 2024 much-awaited encounter between India and Pakistan has once again been marred by rain. Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma walked off the field followed by the Pakistan cricket team. The pitch was covered in a flash. Moreover as I write, the rains have intensified after just one over of the game.

UPDATE: Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma are ready to make there way back to the middle, Naseem will bowl the 2nd over.

The rain has stopped and the play will resume at 9:30 PM IST/12 PM Local Time with no overs lost.

Before rain took over the game, Rohit Sharma kicked off the innings in total style with his fantastic pick-up shot.

Just as the first over concluded and Naseem was chatting with Babar, rain intensified and the players were called off the field.
