In the ongoing Super 8 clash of T20 World Cup 2024 between India and their nemesis Australia; the Indian skipper, Rohit Sharma yet again displayed his class with a six so powerful that the ball travelled 100m and landed straight outside the St. Lucia Stadium. 

Aussie pacer, Pat Cummins was at the receiving end of this biggie before rain interrupted the play temporarily.

Rohit Sharma was clearly not lying when he told Marais Erasmus that all his long six-hitting power is generated from his muscles.

In the fifth over, Rohit greeted Cummins with great style and a daring slog sweep; a very unexpected shot when going up against a pacer. Cummins bowled a slower delivery on a good length outside off, a 110.7 kmph delivery. 

Rohit effortlessly got down on one knee and slog sweeped it over the forward square leg fence for a humongous six. The six was so high and far that it sailed on the roof and out of the ground for a maximum.

With this, 'Hitman' hit is 200th six in T20Is and became the first ever player to do so.
