Mohammed Rizwan is known for his consistency and he is showing that yet again in PSL 2024. In the 11th match of the ninth edition, Multan Sultans batted first and Rizwan led from the front with his usual busy knock. He scored 51 off 42 balls with two fours and four sixes in it and two of those sixes came against Abrar Ahmed. 

In the 6th over of the innings, Rizwan launched Abrar for a huge six over deep mid-wicket with his favourite shot, slog-sweep. It was an 81-metre six and on the very next ball, he again delivered a mighty slog-sweep hitting Abrar Ahmed for consecutive sixes.

Akeal Hosein eventually got the better of Mohammad Rizwan right after his fifty but Reeza Hendricks and Tayyab Tahir took the momentum forward and ensured that Multan get a healthy total on the board against a star-studded bowling attack of Quetta Gladiators. 

Multan Sultans have both won three games so far in PSL 2024 and the team that wins this game would consolidate their top position on the points table.

Mohammad Rizwan though would be disappointed to get out just after his fifty and we might see a big total from him very soon in the upcoming games of this PSL edition.
