Jos Buttler's masterstroke of bringing in Moeen Ali in the powerplay paid off on Saturday when England went up against Pakistan in the second T20I of the four-match series at Edgbaston.

The hosts got the dangerous wicket of Mohammad Rizwan, that too in the very first over after they came to chase a challenging target of 184 against a potent attack, including Jofra Archer, Reece Topley, Chris Jordan, and Adil Rashid among others.

Yet Buttler decided to start with Moeen, and guess what, he reaped the reward by dismissing Rizwan for a three-ball duck. The veteran off-spinner bowled a full delivery, and Rizwan came down the track to play it past the mid-wicket.

However, a fielder was perfectly placed at short mid-wicket, and Liam Livingstone pouched it with both hands while the ball coming quickly at him. No wonder the entire crowd at Edgbaston erupted to see Livingstone complete a heroic catch.

At the time of writing this, Pakistan want their skipper Babar Azam to carry on the momentum alongside Fakhar Zaman. While Babar is batting on 32* off 25 balls, Fakhar is batting aggressively, racing to 30* off just 13 balls. As a result, Pakistan have reached 67/2 after eight overs.
