The red-hot SRH unit is up against LSG in the match seven of IPL 2025. It is expected to be a high-scoring encounter, but Shardul Thakur displayed his magic in the opening spell and grabbed two crucial wickets.

Avesh Khan Gets Punished On Comeback By Travis Head

Travis Head though is still at the crease and is playing his usual aggressive brand of cricket. He is hitting the ball all over the park and one of those hits was on the fourth ball of the 4th over. Avesh Khan bowled a full delivery, around off and Travis Head without much thinking went for a big hit and launched it over deep extra cover for a six.

Rishabh Pant, the LSG skipper was not happy with Avesh Khan's line and length as he gave the ball right in the arc of Travis Head. The left-hander loves to free his arm and Avesh Khan allowed him to do exactly that and paid heavy price. Pant in response was seen shouting at Avesh Khan.

Travis Head was later dropped by Nicholas Pooran and Ravi Bishnoi too, and it could prove very costly for LSG. It is a test of SRH's batting line-up though as Abhishek Sharma and Ishan Kishan departed early in the innings.

SRH posted a massive score of 286 in the first game against RR, and won that game while LSG could not clinch victory against an Ashutosh Sharma-inspired DC in their first match.
