Ravi Bishnoi shone brightly in the first T20I of the three-match series against Ireland, taking place at The Village in Dublin. The 22-year-old struck with the second delivery of his opening over, and the victim was none other than the dangerous Irish hard-hitting batsman Paul Stirling.

Bishnoi, known for bowling incorrect deliveries in pairs, bowled a length ball outside the off stump that turned sharply like an off-cutter. When the Irish captain attempted to loft him over extra cover, the googly beat on the inside edge, leaving Stirling with no way to tackle it. 

The off stump was knocked over by the ball, and Stirling immediately began to walk after it broke the stumps.

Bishnoi went on to pick another wicket in the contest, as he pinned Mark Adair leg-before following a successful DRS. He finished his spell with an impressive figures of 4-0-23-2, as Ireland reached 72/6 at the end of 13 overs.

Overall, Bishnoi has picked up 18 wickets in 12 T20Is, averaging 18.22 while going at an economy rate of 7.02.
