[Watch] Rashid Khan ‘Frustrated’ As Mujeeb Ur Rahman Drops A Dolly

It is rare to see a cricketer give everything on the field when in action, such as Rashid Khan. However, when things go south, frustrations are bound to happen, and the same happened on Wednesday during Afghanistan’s World Cup clash against New Zealand.

Rashid’s frustration was on display when Tom Latham went to reverse-sweep him during the 41st over of New Zealand’s innings. It was supposed to be an easy catch for Mujeeb Ur Rahman, but the 22-year-old was too casual while attempting to grab it with one hand.

Mujeeb could have easily used his both hands, and if he did the same, it would have been a simple catch, as well as an important breakthrough.

New Zealand were 110/4 at one point, and the catch would have broken the 82-run stand between Latham and Glenn Phillips. However, it did not happen, and Rashid was so disappointed with Mujeeb's lacklustre effort.

In fact, Afghanistan dropped as many as five catches until the 45th over of the innings, which was pretty much upsetting, considering the performance they staged against England in their previous fixture.
