Kagiso Rabada is a fiery character on and off the field and the South African bowler showed his aggressive side in the ongoing Champions Trophy match Vs Afghanistan. He dismantled the stumps of Ibrahim Zadran and sledged the batter as he walked back to the pavilion.

Afghanistan bowling was poor and the South African batter set a target of 316, which looked quite difficult from the start and it was made nearly improbable when Rahmanullah Gurbaz was dismissed cheaply.

However, the Afghan side still had high hopes as their reliable batter, Ibrahim Zadran was at the crease. but Rabada ruined the fun for the Afghanistan batter as he bowled a killer ball and rattled the stumps in the blink of an eye.

Zadran tried to charge down the track as Rabada shorten his length and foxed the batter. By the time the opening batter brought his bat down, the ball zipped past him and shattered the middle stump. After the wicket, Kagiso Rabada said a word or two to the batter as he walked back to the pavilion.

Rickelton century propels South Africa to 315

South Africa batted first on a batting paradise and their batters made the most of the opportunity as they added 315 runs on the board. The star of the show was Ryan Rickelton who took on the Afghan bowlers and slammed his maiden ODI century.

He was amply supported by Temba Bavuma and Aiden Markram, who scored their respective fifties and the Proteas side made a strong statement by posting a commanding total.
