At the cusp of his fifty, high-flying Venkatesh Iyer's wings were snapped in half by none other than veteran Piyush Chawla. The leg spinner sent the KKR batter back for just 42 runs with the help of Suryakumar Yadav's outstanding catch near the boundary.

Chawla delivered a googly outside the off-stump, Venkatesh Iyer walked ahead and got too close to the pitch of the ball, but he failed to get completely under the ball and still smashed the ball through the line down the ground. Stationed comfortably at the long-off, SKY grabbed a sitter and helped MI break the brewing partnership between him and Nitish Rana.

His ability to come in at crucial moments and pick up wickets is a testament to his skill as a player. With his help, MI managed to come out on top once again and get the wicket of Venkatesh, who was looked too comfortable at the crease.
