The first Test between Pakistan and Bangladesh is turning out to be an interesting one, with Bangladesh showing fight with the bat after the home team posted 448 while batting first at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium. 

However, just when Mominul Haque, the former Bangladesh skipper looked set and poised for a big score, Khurram Shahzad produced a beauty and broke a 94-run stand. 

It was the first delivery of the 52nd over and Khurram Shahzad bowled a full delivery from 'round the wicket. The ball swung back in sharply and came in with angle to find the gap between bat and pad to knock over the stumps in style. Mominul on his part tried to defend it, but it was not compact enough and he would be pretty disappointed to get out after doing all the hardwork in the first session.

Shadman Islam Standing Tall For Bangladesh

Shadman Islam though is still batting over 50 and the two took Bangladesh to a decent position after being reduced to 53-2 at one point in time. This was also the second wicket for Shahzad after getting the better of Shanto, and he has been the most impressive bowler of the four pacers Pakistan are playing in this game.
