Rohit Sharma came out with a positive frame of mind in the second innings Vs Jammu and Kashmir, but fell pray to an outstanding catch as the Mumbai batter departed for 28 off 35 balls and couldn't put up a big total and ended the Ranji Trophy clash on a disappointing note. For a change, he looked in ominous touch and played some aggressive shots to rattle the bowlers.

However, this ultra-aggressive approach costed him his wicket as J&K fielder, Abid Mushtaq took a blinder at short mid wicket and ended Rohit's stay at the crease.

Yudhvir bowled a short of a length ball on the off stump as Rohit Sharma went for the big shot and his bat-face closed a bit early. The ball flew quickly towards the fielder at short-mid wicket who leaped in the air and took a one-handed stunner as he perfectly balanced himself.

The India skipper looked disappointed and rightly so. He looked good, but played too many aggressive shots and paid the price for it.

Jaiswal follows his leader back to the pavilion

Young Indian opener, Yashasvi Jaiswal, followed his captain back to the pavilion as he failed to capitalise on the good start. Jaiswal, too, looked in good touch and was batting nicely before Yudhvir Singh once again delivered the goods and sent the Mumbai batter back in the hut.

Shreyas Iyer, was another batter who looked good and scored a quick-fire 17 off 16 balls but just like Rohit and Jaiswal, failed to put up a big score as Mumbai are in a tricky position in the second innings.
