Mohammad Ali's sensational catch dismissed Salman [X.com]

In the ongoing PSL 2024 encounter between Multan Sultans and Islamabad United, ace Pakistan speedster Mohammad Ali grabbed the attention as he took a spectacular catch to dismiss Agha Salman off his own bowling. 

The incident occurred in the second over when Multan skipper Mohammad Rizwan brought Mohammad Ali into the attack for the first time in the game. The move instantly paid off, as Ali got rid of Salman on the fourth delivery. 

After keeping things tight in his first three balls, Ali bowled a good-length delivery, which came into Salman with the angle. The batter went for an uppish drive, with the ball flying straight to the bowler after hitting the outside half of his bat. 

Although it was a tough chance, Ali managed to hold on to it, stunning Salman with his incredible fielding effort. 

Salman's wicket held significant importance for Multan, as he had exhibited sublime form in the tournament. After his departure, skipper Shadab Khan joined Colin Munro in the middle. 

Earlier in the match, Multan Sultans posted a massive 228-run total, thanks to a blistering hundred from Usman Khan. As of writing, the United were in a spot of a bother, placed at 40 for two in 4.2 overs.
