[WATCH] Mitchell Starc Delivers a Ripper to Dismiss Ben Duckett

Left-arm pacer Mitchell Starc once again proved to be a breakthrough man for Australia on day 03 as he nicked off opener Ben Duckett to provide the visitors their first dismissal.

It all happened during the 17th over of England's 2nd innings when Duckett proceeded to nick a wide good length delivery from the left-arm seamer straight to wicketkeeper Alex Carey.

This brought to an end an entertaining 1st wicket partnership between Duckett and Zak Crawley. The duo went on to add 79 runs in just 17 overs.

Duckett's dismissal came when Australia looked rattled with the flow of runs from both ends.

While Duckett cracked 7 fours in his 55-ball 42, Crawley was once again at his belligerent best, smashing 9 fours in his near run-a-ball 76-ball 73.

Crawley eventually fell to Pat Cummins in the 27th over of England's innings, with the score reading 140.

Skipper Ben Stokes came out to bat at the No.3 spot, and at the time of writing, he and former captain Joe Root had added 49 runs for the 3rd wicket in quick time to swell their lead to 177 runs.
