Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024's find and Lucknow Super Giants' pace sensation, Mayank Yadav, is announcing him as one of the fastest bowlers from his country ever. The 21-year-old speedster broke Royal Challengers Bengaluru's (RCB) back by scalping the wickets of two hard-hitting Australians - Glenn Maxwell and Cameron Green - with his sheer pace.

Maxwell got dismantled after the Big Show got late on the pull, Green had an embarrassing end to his innings. Mayank Yadav - displaying perfect line and length - beat the RCB all-rounder with his pace, as Green got late on bringing late on time and his off-stump went for a toss.

Mayank Yadav went onto scalp another wicket in the form of Rajat Patidar, before almost getting Dinesh Karthik 'Leg before Wicket; out. However, the RCB finisher survived off DRS.

Thanks to the speedster's efforts, RCB lost their way in the chase of 182 runs, as the runs were dried up in the middle overs. As a result, the pressure piled up on the batters, who played casual strokes to get out.

At the time of publishing, RCB are at 138-9 after 18 overs, moments away from their third defeat of the IPL 2024.
