Veteran spinner Rajeshwari Gayakwad showcased her incredible fielding skills during India Women's ongoing one-off Test match against South Africa Women. Her stunning throw jolted South Africa with a massive blow, getting rid of Tumi Sekhukhune during a crucial juncture of the match.

The incident occurred during the 135th over of South Africa's second innings when Sekhukhune was forming a steady stand with Nadine de Klerk for the seventh wicket. 

After bowling two consecutive dot balls, Indian pacer Pooja Vastrakar bowled a back-of-the-length delivery which De Klerk tucked towards the off side with soft hands. As the ball was far from Gayakwad, De Klerk called Sekhukhune for a single. 

However, Sekhukhune kept watching the ball instead of her partner, resulting in a miscommunication. 

Gayakwad grabbed the golden opportunity with both hands, hitting the bull's eye from a considerable distance and sending Sekhukhune back to the hut. 

After she departed, South Africa lost another wicket, with the in-form Sneh Rana dismissing Sinalo Jafta. 

Riding on the bowlers' commendable performance, India have pushed South Africa to the verge of defeat. As of writing, Proteas Women were 345 for eight, with De Klerk and Masabata Klaas fighting for a draw.
