Pakistan star opening batter Sidra Ameen began the 3rd T20I against England Women with high hopes at Headingley in Leeds on Sunday (May 19). However, her promising innings were cut short at 26 runs by England's spinner Sophie Ecclestone.

The crucial wicket fell in the ninth over of the match. Ecclestone bowled a stump-to-stump delivery, catching Sidra Ameen in a tangle as she attempted a sweep.

The ball struck her glove, and with the stumps hidden behind her front knee, the umpire raised the finger. Sidra considered a review but ultimately decided against it.

Earlier, England Women set a formidable target of 176 in 20 overs, courtesy of english opener Danni Wyatt's explosive 87 runs off 48 balls. 

In response, Pakistan Women were restricted to 142 runs for 4, failing to chase down the score. With this victory, England completed a 3-0 series whitewash.
