India's experienced fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah drew the fourth blood for his team in the Boxing Day Test, dismissing danger-man Travis Head for a duck at the Melbourne Cricket Ground. Coming at number five, Head became Bumrah's second victim of the day before opening his account.

The incident occurred during the 67th over of Australia's first innings when Head had just entered the middle following Marnus Labuschagne's dismissal. Indian captain Rohit Sharma's decision to bring Bumrah back into the attack weaved magic, as the seasoned campaigner got Head's prized scalp, castling him for a duck.

From around the wicket, Bumrah bowled a good-length delivery that jagged back into Head after pitching slightly outside the off stump. The batter couldn't judge the ball's line properly, shouldering his arms and seeing his off-stump getting knocked over.

Travis Head was in sublime form, having amassed 409 runs in the first three Tests of the series. Thus, his wicket was significantly important from India's perspective, otherwise he could've taken the game away from the visitors with another breathtaking cameo. Bumrah rose to the occasion for India, providing them with the priceless breakthrough.

Steve Smith Continues To Fight Amid Australia's Mini Collapse

Although Australia lost a few quick wickets, legendary batter Steve Smith stood firm, frustrating the Indian bowlers with his dodged resistance. At the time of writing, Australia were 276 for five, with Smith and Alex Carey batting on 62* and 15*, respectively.
