The 2024 Hundred final between Oval Invincibles and Southern Brave at the Lord's is halfway through, as the Invincibles, batting first, put 147/9 on the board, courtesy of a blazing start from Will Jacks, followed by a quickfire 24 from Tom Curran. 

At one point, Invincibles were looking to post a much bigger score, but Akeal Hosein's three-wicket haul helped Brave return to the game.

At one point, Akeal took two wickets in two balls, which included the big wicket of Sam Curran. Firstly, he got rid of Curran on the 2nd ball of the 13th set, while he cleaned up Sam Billings for a golden duck on the following delivery.

After Billings' dismissal, Hosein known for his celebrations, again hogged the headlines as he struck the now-viral Turkish guy Yusuf Dikec's iconic pose from the 2024 Paris Olympics where he won the silver without any protective gear.

Dikec became an overnight sensation as several athletes copied his celebrations during the Olympics.

Talking about the ongoing The Hundred final, both teams are eyeing their second title. The Invincibles need to defend 148 runs to defend their title.
