Adil Rashid has been one of England's premier bowler in white-ball cricket for quite a long time now. The man has plethora of variations in his arsenal and has won England many games with his crafty tweakers. In England's last game of World Cup 2023 against Pakistan at Eden Gardens, he has once again joined the party with a brillant spell that left Pakistan completely bamboozled.

He picked two big wicket of Saud Shakeel and Shadab Khan and both of them came on googlies that Pakistan batters had no idea about.

Saud Shakeel was bowled around his legs while the Pakistan leg-spinner Shadab Khan was cleaned up with a nice loopy googly. It was the fourth delivery of the 32nd over and Rashid tossed it up on off. Shadab Khan tried to drive it but the ball turned sharply into him and found the gap between bat and pad to knock over Shadab. It left Pakistan high and dry and once again reaffirmed the fact that there is a huge gap in the quality of Pakistan spinners and spinners from other top countries.
