Vikramjit and his stylish strokeplay has always been a treat to watch, but he has struggled with consistency since he burst onto the scene few years ago. In a crucial T20 World Cup 2024 match against Bangladesh at St. Vincent, he did show his class and smashed 26 off 16 balls which included three classy sixes.
The two of those sixes was against one and only Shakib Al Hasan while the third six came against the leggie Rishad Hossain. All three sixes came off a slog-sweep, the sixes against Shakib Al Hasan were hammered over long on and deep mid-wicket while the six against Rishad Hossain was also hit over deep mid-wicket with some great swag and timing.

However, in a bid to hit another one out of the park, he fell in the 10th over, leaving Netherlands in trouble again.
Earlier, Netherlands won the toss and elected to bowl first and Bangladesh managed to score 159 in their allotted 20 overs with Shakib Al Hasan top-scoring with 64 off 46 balls. After Vikramjit Singh's wicket, Netherlands did continue to fight for sometime, but Bangladesh continued to chip in with wickets, and managed to grab two crucial points.
