The Guyana Amazon Warriors and the Antigua and Barbuda Falcons are playing against each other in the 23rd match of the CPL 2024 at the Providence Stadium in Guyana.

The Warriors struggled from the beginning

The Falcons won the toss and invited the Warriors to bat first. The Providence Stadium pitch has been difficult for the batters, who have struggled to play their shots freely. The Warriors' top order was seen facing similar troubles.

He smashed Hassan Khan for two massive maximums in the 10th over and looked all set for a big knock in this game too. 

On the fifth deliver of the 10th over, Khan bowled a full delivery outside the off stump. Hetmyer went down on one knee and slammed it across the line and over wide long-on for a 100M massive six. In the next delivery, Khan shortened the length, and Hetmyer was ready. The Southpaw rocked back and pulled the ball away over square leg for another maximum.

He looked all set to launch at 13 from 3 deliveries when Hayden Walsh Jr. dismissed him, bringing relief to the Falcons camp.
