The first Test between India and Bangladesh has witnessed its first three days. As the action rolls into the fourth day, India is in a dominating position, looking to wrap up the game early in the day. 

Bangladesh made an excellent start to the math when they had India reeling at 34/3 inside the first ten overs of the game. However, Ravichandran Ashwin and Ravindra Jadeja rescued the team and guided the team to a total of 376 in the first innings. 

The Indian bowling, led by Jaspirt Bumrah's four-wicket haul, restricted the visitors to 149. In their second dig of the match, the Indian team posted 287/4 before they declared their innings. Rishabh Pant and Shubman Gill scored centuries to guide the team to a healthy lead of 515 runs. 

Bangladesh lost four wickets in the second and fourth innings of the game while scoring 158 runs. Interestingly, Ashwin, the hero with the bat in the first innings, picked up three of these four wickets.

3. 6/41 vs Australia at Bengaluru in 2017

Batting first in the match, India posted 189, led by KL Rahul's 90. The Australian team responded strongly and scored 276 runs in their first innings. Matt Renshaw (60 off 196) and David Warner (66 off 197) starred with the bat for the visitors. 

In the second innings, the Indian team showed better resilience and, led by Cheteshwar Pujara's 92 off 221, posted 274 runs. This meant that the Aussies had a target of 188 runs in the fourth innings of the game. 

Ravichandran Ashwin weaved his magic in this innings. He bowled a stunning spell of 6/41 and played a crucial role in bundling out the Australian team for 112 runs. Carried by Ashwin's spin bowling, India managed to win the match by 75 runs. 

2. 7/66 vs South Africa at Nagpur in 2015

Batting first in the match, India registered a modest total of 215 in the first innings. India's spin twin took charge after this. Ravi Ashwin picked up 5 for 14 and was aided by Ravindra Jadeja, who picked up 4 for 33, reducing the Proteas to just 79 in their first attempt with the bat in this game. 

In the second innings, India posted 173 and set the visitors a target of 310 runs. Ravichandran Ashwin came to his element with the ball a second time in the game in the fourth innings. He led the Indian bowling unit, picking up 7 wickets for 66 runs. 

The South Africans were bundled out for 185, and India won the match by 124 runs. 

1.7/59 vs New Zealand at Indore in 2016

Virat Kohli led the charge for his team with the bat and scored a brilliant double-hundred. While Kohli played a sparkling knock of 211 runs, Ajinkya Rahane also delivered a stunning knock of 188. The brilliant effort by the two players guided India to a mammoth total of 557/5 before they declared the innings. 

Ravichandran Ashwin picked up six wickets in the first innings and played a lead role in dismissing the visitors for 299. With a lead of 258 in the first innings, India batted a second time and posted 216/3 before declaring the innings. 

South Africa had a mountain to climb in the fourth innings, and Ravi Ashwin made life even more difficult for them. Ashwin picked up seven wickets while conceding 59 runs and emerged as the pick of the Indian bowlers.
