Swashbuckling Indian all-rounder Shivam Dube sustained his dream run in the IPL 2024, hammering a belligerent knock in his side's ongoing encounter against Lucknow Super Giants. 

Coming at number five, Dube struck a magnificent fifty, ensuring a formidable score for the Super Kings. 

Dube took a particular liking for LSG's in-form pacer Yash Thakur, smacking him for three massive sixes in a single over. 

The incident occurred during the 16th over when the Super Kings needed someone to up the ante in order to provide them with the much needed impetus. 

Dube took the responsibility on his shoulders, taking on Thakur, who recently recorded a clinical five-wicket haul. 

After Ruturaj Gaikwad took a single on the first ball, Thakur bowled a slower full-length ball to Dube, who whacked it over the cow corner for a six. 

The next ball was even poorer, as Dube pulled Thakur's short and slow delivery for another maximum. 

If that wasn't enough, the explosive batter hammered another six, this time over the long on boundary, leaving LSG and their captain KL Rahul shell-shocked. 

Riding on Gaikwad's sensational ton and Dube's power-packed 27-ball 66, CSK posted a mammoth 210-run total on the board.
