Bangladesh's stylish batter Litton Das had a memorable outing in Dhaka Capitals' ongoing match against Sylhet Strikers in the Bangladesh Premier League. Opening the batting for the Capitals, Litton struck 70 runs off 48 balls, powering his side to 196 in 20 overs.
Although Litton hammered four boundaries and as many sixes, his onslaught against Aaron Jones grabbed the limelight. The incident occurred during the fifth over of the Capitals' innings when Litton Das was trying to steady the ship for his team with Jean-Pierre Kotze.
Sylhet Strikers' captain Anamul Haque's decision to bring Aaron Jones into the attack backfired on his side, with Litton smashing him for a flurry of boundaries. From over the wicket, Jones started off with a full-length ball, which Litton dispatched to the fence for a boundary.
He hammered the third ball for a huge six before scoring another boundary, helping his side collect 19 runs off the over.
The right-handed batter, who was recently excluded from Bangladesh's Champions Trophy squad, thus redeemed himself with a glorious knock.
Litton, Perera Propel Dhaka To A Mammoth Total

Among others, Tanzid Hasan contributed 22 runs, with Sabbir Rahman scoring 24 runs. In response, the Strikers were 30 for one, with Rony Talukdar and Zakir Hasan batting on 20* and 7*, respectively.
