The mega-final of the World Cup 2023 started with some fireworks from the Indian captain Rohit Sharma, but the Aussies managed to put the Indians on the back foot by picking four wickets. The latest to fall was Virat Kohli, who was knocked over by Pat Cummins.

On the 39th run of the ongoing innings, he reached another milestone and created another record in the ODI World Cup history, scoring 750 runs in a single edition. In the ongoing World Cup 2023, Kohli has amassed 761 runs, which also includes 3 stunning centuries.

Talking about the match, India have lost 4 wickets, however, KL Rahul is at the middle alongside Ravindra Jadeja, as India push towards a total in region of 280.
