For the second time in the day, the rain gods have been cruel to England, Scotland and the cricket fans around the world. After 6.2 over in the ongoing clash between the two European nations, the rain has started to pour down yet again in Barbados' Kennington Oval.

Earlier in the evening, Scotland won the toss and chose to bat first. However, moments after the toss, it started pouring down, postponing the game for almost 45 minutes.

As soon as the game began, the Scottish side started their innings positively, going after England's bowling indisciplined and lousy fielding.

Michael Jones has been playing the aggressor with an unbeaten 20-ball 30, while George Munsey is playing a perfect side-kick's role with an almost run-a-ball 18.

However, after 15 minutes of pause, the showers have stopped to pour down in Barbados, but only to reoccur.

Latest Update: 9:45 PM IST, 12:15 PM Local Time | The rain was stopped and the covers were off, but not for too long. The rain is back and so are the covers. The groundsmen have pulled in more covers to cover the entire square.

We will start losing overs now. The next official update is expected to be at 10:30 PM IST (1 PM Local Time).
