Sunil Narine claimed tight figures of 2-14 from his three overs against Punjab Kings in match number 31 of the IPL 2025 season. The KKR veteran dismissed the likes of Suryansh Shedge and Marco Jansen in quick succession to assist fellow wicket-takers Varun Chakravarthy and Harshit Rana in the innings.
Helping his team fold up Punjab Kings for just 111 in 15.3 overs, Narine also scaled a huge IPL record in the process, going past Indian fast bowler Umesh Yadav for a rare milestone. Here is a look at Narine’s newfound IPL record, and few other cricketers who find themselves in an elite list.
