Fakhar Zaman, the Lahore Qalandars batter is a tough customer but over the last few months his injury track record keeps getting worse. In the ongoing clash of the Pakistan Super League between Lahore Qalandars and Karachi Kings, the Qalandars opener gave a mini scare to his team during the first over of the game.

Is Fakhar Zaman out of the PSL Match Vs Karachi?

The incident took place during the first over bowled by Adam Milne. Batter Mohammad Naeem was on strike as Milne bowled it fuller on the stumps and the batter drills it hard back towards the non strikers end.

The ball came at a quick pace as Fakhar Zaman had very little reaction time and he got struck on his right elbow. The batter looked in some pain as the physio was out in the middle to treat him. However, after several minutes, the southpaw was ready to roll, but survived on the next ball as James Vince dropped a sitter in the deep.

Fakhar looks to dominate Karachi bowlers

After suffering from a blow, Fakhar looked rusty, but then got back to his usual self as he played some delightful strokes and quickly reached in his 20s as the team lost two quick wickets. With two wickets down, Fakhar will look to dominate the proceedings alongside Daryl Mitchell.

Fakhar Zaman missed the Champions Trophy 2025 due to an injury and Qalandars will hope that his elbow doesn't swell after he gets back to the pavilion.
