Saturday saw two games take place, where Delhi Capitals and Punjab Kings prevailed in one-sided victories. The Capitals routed Chennai Super Kings at their den, while the visitors, Rajasthan Royals, got the better of Punjab Kings in the second game.

In the first game, the Delhi Capitals prevailed by 25 runs, while in the evening encounter, Rajasthan Royals registered a comfortable victory by 50 runs.
