No Shubman Gill & Tilak Varma in Starting XIs as MI Will Bat First vs GT

For the much-hyped clash between Mumbai Indians (MI) and Gujarat Titans (GT) at the Wankhede Stadium on Friday, both teams have opted for the same combinations that they played in their last games, meaning Shubman Gill and Tilak Varma are not part of their team's respective starting XIs.
Gujarat's star opener is again part of the Impact Player substitutes, meaning he would most certainly replace someone when GT bat in the latter half of the match. Meanwhile, Varma failed to find a spot in Mumbai's substitutes.
Interestingly, hard-hitting batter Vishnu Vinod has been included in Mumbai's starting team, replacing Akash Madhwal.
Apart from that, both Mumbai and Gujarat have gone with their winning combinations for a game that carries tons of weight in the race to the playoff. Topping the table, GT will qualify for the playoff if they win tonight; meanwhile, MI would need to win at least two of their remaining three matches.
