On May 3, two heavyweights, Royal Challengers Bengaluru and Chennai Super Kings locked horns at the Chinnaswamy Stadium. The visitors won the toss and Rajat Patidar-led side to bat first.

Talking about the two teams, Chennai Super Kings are playing the same team as it is a dead rubber match for them. Meanwhile, RCB have made a massive change as Josh Hazlewood misses out and has been replaced by Lungi Ngidi. Meanwhile, Phil Salt also misses out.

RCB vs CSK: Captains' Thought

MS Dhoni (Chennai Super Kings Captain): "We are looking to bowl first. We want to make the most of the last 2 games. We are looking forward to the next year to see which individual can do what. The pitch seems a bit tacky. It's always been a venue where scoring runs has been a bit easy apart from few years when it was relaid but it has been a high scoring venue."

Rajat Patidar (Royal Challengers Bengaluru Captain): "Yes, we would have fielded first as well. But it is okay, it won't change much. We will try and put a good total on the board. Everyone is in good frame of mind and playing their roles well. As a captain, I am confident. We will come out and give our 100 percent. "
