New Zealand Hunt Redemption As They Invite Uganda To Bat First

New Zealand and Uganda are up against each other in the 32nd match of the T20 World Cup 2024. This match will be played at the Biran Lara Stadium in Tarouba, Trinidad. 

This match bears little significance in the qualification scenarios of the Group C. New Zealand have on on the toss and have decided to field first. They have made no changes to playing XI from the previous match. 

New Zealand have suffered crushing defeats against Afghanistan and West Indies. Disappointingly for them they have bowed out of the tournament and are currently lingering at the bottom of the table. They will be looking to put on a better show and go out with their heads held high and improve their position in the points table.

Brian Masaba said that he too would have bowled first on winning the toss. They have made two changes to their playing XI for this game. Ronak Patel and Fred Achelam come into the team. 

Uganda have lost two of their three matches and have already bowed out of the tournament. But they will be looking to put on a better show in this game as they have recored the two lowest totals of the tournament.
