In the ongoing Asia Cup 2025 Super Four match between Bangladesh and Sri Lanka, Mustafizur Rahman stole the limelight with his brilliant spell. The left-arm seamer rattled the Sri Lankan batters and took a three-wicket haul.

With the three scalps, the left-arm seamer equalled Bangladesh legend Shakib Al Hasan's feat for most T20I wickets for The Tigers. Rehman took his wickets tally to 149 scalps, equalling the left-arm seamer. Fizz registered the figures of 3/20 in his four overs.

Mustafizur Rahman is having a great Asia Cup 2025 as he has been Bangladesh's best bowler in the tournament so far. The left-arm seamer has already taken seven wickets in four matches and it was his second consecutive three-wicket haul figures.
