On April 11, Chennai Super Kings (CSK) are taking on Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) in the 25th match of IPL 2025 at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai. Both teams are eager to bounce back after suffering defeats in their previous outings.

Who Won the Toss Today?

At the toss, it was KKR's skipper Ajinkya Rahane who called it right and chose to field first against CSK.

In a major update, Ruturaj Gaikwad has been ruled out for the rest of the season due to an elbow injury. Stepping up in his absence, the iconic MS Dhoni has taken charge of the yellow army once again.

Talking about the changes, CSK have brought in Rahul Tripathi and Anshul Kamboj, while KKR have made one change, replacing Spencer Johnson with Moeen Ali.

MS Dhoni (Chennai Super Kings Captain): "We were looking to bat first. There were quite a few occasions where we thought of chasing down the totals but there wasn't enough dew. So, if you don't get a good start, the middle order comes under pressure."

Ajinkya Rahane (Kolkata Knight Riders Captain): "We will bowl first. Absolutely. There were many positives in the last game. We lost by only four runs but it was a good game for us. It's about improving each game. Assess the conditions and adapt quickly. I don't think it will change that much. We are batting deep and we will look to chase it down."
