'Main Hoon Na...' - Kohli Assures Rohit, Gambhir After Milestone 51st ODI Century

'The King' has arrived and he has done it style in the match against Pakistan in Champions Trophy 2025. Notably, Virat Kohli smashed his 51st ODI century in the fifth game of the tournament and ensured that India cruised to victory against their arch-rivals, Pakistan.

Pakistan posted a respectable total of 241 after deciding to bat first on winning the toss. It was Mohammad Rizwan and Saud Shakeel who played crucial roles in the middle order and helped them something worth fighting for on the board. 

In the chase, Rohit Sharma and Shubman Gill have India a blazing start. However, Rohit failed to convert his start, India did not let the momentum slip from them. Virat Kohli joined Gill in the middle and started building the innings.

Even after the dismissal of Gill, Kohli continued his good work and held one end propelling the team towards the win. The star Indian batter paced his innings beautifully and moved steadily towards his 51st ODI Hundred. Sheryas Iyer's knock allowed Kohli to go about his innings in his vintage style and as a result, India sealed a six wicket victory.

Virat Kohli achieved his century in style as he stepped down the track to hit a boundary and reach the landmark. After the century, Kohli was seen gesturing to the dressing room and saying something. It looked like he said - 'Main Hoon Na...' or 'I Told You..'. Both Rohit Sharma and Gautam Gambhir looked delighted with the way their star batter played an impactful role in the game.
