The final match of the Maharaja T20 League will be played between Hubli Tigers and Mysore Warriors on Tuesday, August 29, at M. Chinnaswamy Stadium.

Hubli Tigers 

Hubli Tigers had a smooth ride in the tournament, clinching eight wins out of ten matches in the league stage and finishing at the top of the points table. Adding to their win list, they took down Shivamogga Lions by eight wickets in the first semi-final, locking in their place in the finals.  

KL Shrijith and Mohammed Taha stole the show in the semi-final match for the Hubli Tigers. They put together a dynamic partnership of 114 runs for the second wicket in a lightning-fast 75 balls. Mohammed Taha brought in 69 runs from 38 balls, and KL Shrijith held his ground, finishing with an unbeaten 61 runs from 39 balls while chasing down 150 against Shivamogga Lions.  

To sum it up, they have been a solid team from start to finish, and that's a significant factor in their success. As they gear up for the final match, they are amped up to ride that winning wave and take down the last challenge to snatch the title. 

Mysore Warriors 

On the other hand, Mysore Warriors clinched the second spot on the points table after winning six out of ten matches in the league stage. They took down Gulbarga Mystics by 36 runs in the second semi-final, punching their ticket to the final encounter against Hubli Tigers. 

The match was an absolute run riot, all thanks to Captain Karun Nair's show-stopping unbeaten 107 off just 42 balls. He pounded seven boundaries and went full-on Hulk mode with nine sixes, propelling Mysore Warriors to a mammoth total of 248 runs. Later, their bowlers locked things down, containing Gulbarga Mystics at 212. 

Karun Nair & Co. are all about keeping that winning momentum alive as they gear up for this match. However, toppling Hubli Tigers won't be a breeze as they have got that winning flow going. The Warriors better show up in full force, ready to unleash their A-game and knock them off their throne.
