Mohammad Nabi, Afghanistan’s 40-year-old all-rounder, took Sri Lanka to the cleaners in match 11 of the Asia Cup 2025. In just 22 balls, he hammered 60 runs, rescuing his team from 79/6 to 169/8.

In a do-or-die encounter, Afghanistan batted first, with Rahmanullah Gurbaz losing his wicket despite a promising start of 14 off 8 balls. The Afghans lost wickets at regular intervals and failed to stitch a partnership.
