India will visit Australia for a white-ball cricket series starting on October 19, 2025. The tour will have three One-Day Internationals (ODIs) and three Twenty20 Internationals (T20Is).
For the first time, Shubman Gill will captain India in ODIs, taking over from Rohit Sharma, who will still play under his leadership. India’s ODI squad includes big names like Virat Kohli, Shreyas Iyer, Kuldeep Yadav, and Arshdeep Singh. Jasprit Bumrah will rest for the ODIs but return for the T20I matches. New faces like Nitish Kumar Reddy, Yashasvi Jaiswal, and Prasidh Krishna are also part of the ODI squad.
The T20I team will be led by Suryakumar Yadav, with players like Abhishek Sharma, Tilak Varma, Varun Chakravarthy, and Bumrah adding strength.
Australia will be captained by Mitchell Marsh in both formats. Cameron Green will miss the ODIs due to injury, while Josh Inglis, Alex Carey, and Adam Zampa will join from the second ODI. Matthew Renshaw is back in form and included in the squad.

The India tour of Australia 2025 will feature matches across eight venues. The three ODIs will be held in Perth, Adelaide, and Sydney. The five T20Is will take place in Canberra, Melbourne, Hobart, Gold Coast, and Brisbane.
