At one point, they were seriously in consideration to win the game, but soon lost their way out in the center in the last few overs, as from 264/5, they were bowled out for 305, with India earning a crucial victory by just 13 runs as they registered their name on the ODI series by 2-1, after previously winning the T20I series 3-2.
