Ellyse Perry is the legend of the game and is known for her consistency across formats. The Aussie is taking her game a notch higher with each passing year, and now against India Women, the superstar has smashed 72-ball hundred. She hit six fours and 6 sixes in her knock and her counter-attacking knock has put Aussies in full control.

The Australia legend came out to bat at number 3 after Phoebe Litchfield departed on 60 after a 130-run opening stand. The classy batter did not let the momentum slip away and started going after the bowlers right from the onset. She did not look in trouble at any point during her knock and hit some lusty blows on the way.

Australia Dominate India In 2nd ODI

Perry first went against Indian leg-spinner Priya Mishra first and then took on Renuka Singh and Deepti Sharma as Indian bowlers failed to stop the onslaught. Ellyse Perry also got to her fifty with a six off debutant Minnu Mani and kept going from her shots as Australia crossed the 300-run mark. She reached her century in the 43rd over and it was her third in the ODIs. Deepti Sharma eventually got the better of her in the 44th over as she was cleaned up by the Indian offie with a beauty. Earlier, Georgia Voll scored her maiden international century and Australia have dominated India again after winning the first game by five wickets.
