Captain's Quote:

Suryakumar Yadav (India Captain): "Very happy to be here (South Africa). I mean, leading the side, I am happy, as well as seeing that we are getting some game time. We are happy to be batting first as we were quite confused about what to do if we had won the toss.

I mean, we have around 6-7 months for the next T20 World Cup. I have said the boys to express themselves.

Aiden Markram (South Africa Captain): "We are going to bowl first. It's under the covers for most of the time and with the overhead conditions, it's good to chase.

It is an important series. Each game becomes quite challenging with the World Cup coming next year. Great group to be around and with the weather around, nice to get some action.
It's a tricky one (About players' availability). Lost of cricket obviously. Lot of the guys are playing all three formats. If anyone wants a rest, we have to give them. We have got a good depth going around in the country. A good opportunity for the players. No one is making debut."
