It is official now that rain has made it formal to follow everywhere Team India travels. In an unfortunate series of events, the rain gods decided to pour it down in Guwahati just seconds before the start of play in the warm-up game between India and England on Saturday.

As the showers are pouring down like cats and dogs, the ground officials have covered the whole ground with covers. 



However, as per the weather forecast, there is no signs of rain post 3 PM IST till midnight in Guwahati's Barsapara Cricket Stadium. 

It seems as if Rain has been following Team India ever-since the Asia Cup tournament. Matches were also disrupted in the ODI series against Australia, but thankfully there were no abandoned games.

Talking about the warm-up match, India will be looking to get some nuch needed practice against the defending champions. 

With all 15 players allowed to participate in the practice matches, Rohit Sharma will be eager to test his entire squad ahead of their first World Cup 2023 match against Australia on October 8.
