Why Digvesh Rathi Won't Be Fined For His Actions?
It is worth noting that when Rathi did this celebration on the first two occasions and was fined heavily by the IPL. However, midway through the season, IPL made a few amendments and had asked the officials to be lenient on bowlers with their celebrations.
