It was a clear dominant victory for Rajasthan Royals (RR) when they defeated Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) by a clear margin in a one-sided affair as opener Yashasvi Jaiswal struck an unbelievable 13-ball half-century which is also the fastest in the history of the Indian Premier League (IPL).

Skipper Sanju Samson seemed quite pleased with all the effort his side had put in to finish this game with ease. Starting with Yuzvendra Chahal and Trent Boult and later, Jaiswal and Samson did the business with the bat.

Praising the young gun Yashasvi, Samson said that he is absolutely thrilled to bat with him especially early on as the left-hander does all the business in the powerplay.

"Absolutely, I didn't have to do anything. Just put the bat on the ball and get to the other end. We know what Yashasvi can do. He loves the powerplay. He is really enjoying it,"

Also, he talked about the influence of Chahal on the team, stating that he has become a legend after becoming the highest wicket-taker in IPL history surpassing Dwayne Bravo.

"It's time to give Yuzi the tag of a legend now. I think he has been bowling superbly for the last few years. We all are grateful to have him on the side. You don't need to speak anything to him. He knows what he wants to do,"

However, in the end, Samson made an interesting remark stating that players like Jos Buttler throw their wickets away for Yashasvi which tells about their dressing room atmosphere.

"Yes, I think I am happy. I think we have two more quarter-finals to play. The pressure is never off. You know how IPL works. Each and every decision you make is important. You can never relax. We are almost there and you can see the dressing room atmosphere considering the way a legend like Buttler throws his wicket away for Yashasvi. Very happy but we have a few more games to go."

After this victory, RR would next face Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) on 14th May.
