In the ongoing IPL 2025 match between Chennai Super Kings and Punjab Kings at the Chepauk Stadium, the Shreyas Iyer-led side are cruising towards a win. Notably, Chennai, batting first, put 190 runs on the board. In reply, PBKS openers Priyansh Arya and Prabhsimran Singh got off to the perfect start as they stitched a 44-runs opening stand.

Meanwhile, Shivam Dube hogged the internet after he had a brainfade moment in the field. Notably, on one of Ravindra Jadeja's delivery, Shreyas Iyer slogged one towards the leg side, where Dube failed to reach towards the ball in time. The lazy attempt didn't go well with Jadeja.

Dube With A Brainfade Moment

Further, what followed was that Dube signalled that it was a six. However, the umpire still went ahead with a check and they found that it was indeed a four and not a six. It led to the fans turn to social media platforms where they bashed Dube for his brainfade moment.

It was not the end as a couple of deliveries later, Dube angered MS Dhoni as he was brought within the thirty-yard circle, but was late to make a throw that didn't go well with the CSK skipper.
