England's ODI skipper, Harry Brook can't do anything wrong at the moment with the bat in hand. After the first two ODIs, England were trailing in the series, and the pressure was on the young star to deliver the goods.

He rose above the ashes and scored a terrific century in the third ODI to seal a memorable victory. Brook, then followed it up with yet another cracking fifty in the rain-marred fourth ODI, but the best of the lot was saved for the series decider.

Brook destroys Zampa with brute hitting

He came into bat when England had lost the second wicket, and the England captain didn't disappoint as he started on the front-foot and was at his aggressive best right from the word go. He struck a couple of glorious boundaries, but the highlight reel came in when Brook decided to target Adam Zampa.

In the 17th over, Brook unleashed the beast mode, and struck three sixes to rattle Australia's best bowler. The first one was a tossed up delivery and he deposited it back over the bowlers' head. Zampa then shortened his length and Brook smashed it over the deep mid-wicket region with ferocious power.

He toyed with Zampa by smashing a third six, as the full-toss was sent way over the deep mid-wicket region once again.

Brook, Duckett toying with Aussie bowlers

With the series on the line, Ben Duckett and Phil Salt took on the Aussie attack apart. Salt was the aggressor as he raced away to a quick-fire 45 being getting dismissed.

Will Jacks followed him back to the pavilion for a duck, and this is when Brook stood tall and alongside Duckket forged a brilliant partnership. The duo continued the momentum left behind by Salt and never allowed the Australian bowlers to rest.

At the time of writing, England are 3 down, with Zampa getting his revenge by dismissing Brook, but not before he had smacked a quick-fire 72 off 52 deliveries.
