LAH vs QUE, Match 4- Toss Factor

The pitch at the Gaddafi Stadium generally favours the team batting first. Its more like a batters paradise and the bowlers need to think out of the box to topple the batters unless they make silly errors. The spinners do not get much turn at the early half of the competition.

Scenario: If Lahore Qalandars field first

The Qalandars bowlers need to be more economical and try not to restrict runs. Haris Rauf and David Wiese were very expensive in their last game and the duo needs to come good along with Shaheen Afridi.  They have a solid batting with the top order in good form and it should help them in chasing cause.

Scenario: If Quetta Gladiators field first

The Gladiators have a formidable batting unit with Saud Shakeel and Jason Roy in prime form. They piled over 200 runs in the last game and their bowlers restricted the Zalmis well below the target. Akeal Hosein and Abrar Ahmed will be key for them in the spin department while Mohammad Hasnain and Mohammad Waseem Jr. needs to be economical.

LAH vs QUE, Match 4- Top Captain and Vice-captain Picks

Scenario: If Lahore Qalandars field first

Jason Roy (QUE): The English cricketer has the experience of playing in the PSL and he went on to rack 75 runs in his first match of the season against Peshawar Zalmi. He is an attacking batter at the top of the order and shall continue assaulting the opposition bowlers, carrying his intent all the way from the SA20.

Rassie van der Dussen (LAH): Another cricketer who transpired his SA20 explosion into the Pakistan-based league. Rassie was phenomenal during his opening stands with Ryan Rickelton and continued to flourish despite the change in conditions. He piled up 71 runs in the last game.

Scenario: If Quetta Gladiators field first

Abrar Ahmed (QUE): The right-arm leg-spinner was monumental in Quetta's last match. He regulated the middle overs phase nicely and went on to bag a couple of wickets as well. Abrar is touted to be one of the good wrist spinners from this part of the world.

Fakhar Zaman (LAH): The southpaw has the second-most number of half-century in the tourney and this speaks heaps about his experience in the competition. Zaman has the ability to mix caution with aggression and can be dangerous if he gets going.

LAH vs QUE, Match 4- High Risk, High Reward

Saud Shakeel (QUE): The middle order batter was phenomenal in the last of Gladiators when he scored a match-winning 74 against the Peshawar Zalmi. Although he is a reliable batter lower down the order, Shakeel tends to collapse due to lapse in concentration at times. He can also be handy with his part-time spin.

Shaheen Afridi (LAH): The left-arm pacer may not have earned a scalp in their last game but it does not rule out his ability to create magic with the cherry. Shaheen has improved with his old ball skill as well and will look to get back into the wicket's column.
