Euphoria all over, euphoria in the sky transcending state borders as India lifted the Champions Trophy 2025 defeating New Zealand by 4 wickets in Dubai. As the cricketers celebrated the win with impromptu dance and hearty laughs, the nation too celebrated the win with their hearts out.

As every city dreams celebrated the win of the country, the residents of Mumbai, the city that never sleeps, rallied onto the streets to celebrate the win. A video captured people in hordes laughing and dancing with joy after India's victory.

Mumbai Crowd's Euphoric Reaction To India's Win

As per a video released by ANI news on their social media handle, the video revealed Mumbai street where hundreds, even thousands of people were seen dancing and jumping with joy while holding the Indian flag high.

An individual is also seen lifting up a trophy (dummy) to resemble the Champions trophy as he dances alongside his friends and hundreds of people surrounding him. Several media houses were also seen in the video who were there to cover the madness that took over the crowd.

India's Emphatic Win And Infectious Celebrations

India won the Champions Trophy title after a long 12 years and the wait was finally worth it as Rohit Sharma, who was also part of the 2013 win, led the team to the third victory in this tournament.

India's spin magic crumbled the Kiwi lineup and a solid foundation built by Men in Blue's skipper led to India's victory as Ravindra Jadeja pushed off a boundary in the last ball of the 49th over to seal the deal for the team.

Nevertheless, the celebrations were also as grand as the win. Shreyas Iyer was spotted recreating Virat Kohli's iconic Gangnam-style celebration from 2013, and Sunil Gavaskar was seen jumping and dancing like a kid while Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma played Dandiya with the stumps after winning run onto the pitch.
